Shipping & Delivery Information

All products displayed on our website are priced exclusive of delivery charges. Shipping costs are calculated and added during checkout based on the delivery option selected.

Delivery prices apply to mainland UK addresses. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote locations. If this affects your order, we will contact you before processing to discuss the available options.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 7–10 working days from the date your order is placed. However, during busy periods or for customised items, production times may vary. If we anticipate any delays, we will contact you promptly to discuss your order and provide an updated timescale.

Returns & Refunds

Many of our products are personalised or engraved to your specific requirements. Because these items are custom-made, they are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an engraving error caused by us.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
