Delivery Details

All of the products on our website are exclusive of delivery. Delivery will be added at the time of checkout depending on the type of delivery chosen. The delivery prices are to mainland UK only. Prices may increase to highlands and remote areas of the UK. Should this be the case we will contact you in advance to discuss the options. We try our best to despatch within 7-10 days of the date of your order. However, in some circumstances this is not possible. If we feel we cannot meet these timelines, we will contact you to advise and discuss your options.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. This is due to the fact that it may be engraved therefore unfit for future resale. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your products, we will do our best to help and assist you. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Any request for returns although not guaranteed must be made within 7 days.
